What to Build

You can choose a Track:

                                             OR

  •  Track 2:  Create an application which solves a major student life issue.

 

IMPORTANT: All participants have to fill the Registration form , so that we can send you   SWAGS & Hackathon updates . (Every member of the team must fill out this form)

 

What to Submit

 Include a URL to the working and published project. Access must be provided to an entrant’s working Application for judging and testing by providing a link to a website, functioning demo, or a published application. The Application must be public. 

 Include a video (about 3 minutes) that explains and demonstrates your project in action. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and made public.

Your complete submission form, including a text description of your app on Devpost before the final deadline. Write Up. Briefly describe the project's goal, workflow, limitations, and tech stack.

  • Task 2 :  Submit your Project 

          Use your imagination and build a problem solving project.

          Note: you may use Agora tools in your project (not mandatory) but each participants         

           must have to register in Agora website and Submit the App ID.

 

Requirements

 

  • Your submission must make use of Agora as part of its primary function. (For Track 1 only)

  • Just make sure your video demo does a good job explaining what your submission does and how it works. 

  • Your code repository must be public, and must include an open-source license. (for all)

  • All submissions must be created during the timeframe of the hackathon.

Judging Criteria

  • Functionality & Purpose
    Are you solving an existing problem? How scalable is the application? Can it be used in other regions, or can it be used by more than one type of audience? Is it an application that would encourage a user to use it more than once for its benefits?
  • Agora App Integration (Extra 10 Points)
    Project successfully integrates the Agora tools and demonstrates successful integration within 1-5 minute video demo.
  • Documentation
    Is the submission description complete and easy to read? Does the code have comments that explain what's going on? Project must include instructions on how others can contribute in README.md file on GitHub and must have a license.
  • Creativity
    Project takes an original approach to a problem. Solution effectively alleviates, solves, or helps the problem it is designed to solve.
  • Design
    Design is accessible, well thought out, demonstrates smart design choices, and is user-friendly.
